- TYPOLOGY: Still white Riesling Renano wine
- AREA OF PRODUCTION: Oltrepò Pavese
- GRAPES: 100% Riesling Renano
- YIELD PER HECTARE: 70 quintals per hectare
- VINIFICATION: The must obtained after the crushing de-stemming is briefly macerated with the skins. After clarifying , the must ferments at a controller temperature of about 15°C to maintain its various fragrances. For a final ageing and maturation it undergoes a brief passage in wooden barrels.
- ALCOHOL: 13%ALC/ vol.
- VISUAL: Straw yellow
- OLFACTIVE: A Riesling easily distinguished by the prevailing scents of peaches and floral hints.
- TASTING: The well equilibrated acidity and the mineral content together with the smoothness from a slight sugar residue make this wine unique both in elegance and harmony.
- SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°- 8°C
- PAIRING WITH: Excellent with fish and white meats, excellent throughout any meal.
