Alcohol : 14%
Visual : Vibrant ruby red with garnet red tinges
Olfactory : Intense, complex with red fruit notes such as plum, Marasca cherry, blackberry, vanillaed with hints of hide, tobacco and a few pleasant balsamic notes
Tasting : Warm, mouth filling, firm, long lingering with good entry of tannins to appreciate the unique character of the two vine varieties
Serving Temp : 16-18°C
Food pairing : First courses with meat sauces, roasted meat, feathered and furred game, aged cheese, typical dishes from Apulia, barbecued lamb 
Vinification : Grape pressing and destemming, maceration on the skins for 15 days, fermentation at 25°C controlled temperature with cultured yeasts. Ageing in large oak barrels. During ageing the wine undergoes several analytical controls to assure its integrity

口感        : 果香帶輕微甜, 溫暖, 層次分明, 厚酒體full body, 持久
適飲溫度 :  16-18°C
食物配搭 : 適宜配重口味食物, 肉醬, 烤肉, 羊肉, BBQ, 陳年芝士
釀酒方式 : 每年9月初, 以人手揀選收採於木箱。葡萄先去梗經壓榨, 連皮浸漬15天後再控制於25°C中發酵, 然後存於法國橡木桶內釀成。
