  • Olfactory : intense, ethereal, spicy with hints of wild rose petals, licorice, truffle
  • Tasting : warm, austere, full, robust and at the same time velvety and elegant; when young is appreciated for its freshness but with some edginess, with aging the wine softens and develops the most hot and spicy tertiary aromas
  • Serving Temp : 18°-20°C
  • Food pairing : red meat, beef, calf, baked pasta, cheese and salami
  • Vinification : Nebbiolo is a late grain, harvesting takes place normally in October. The grapes are harvested by hand in small cassettes, pressed and stripped and fermented in tanks at controlled temperature (30-32 ° C). After maceration of about 10-15 days, it is poured into stainless steel tanks where alcoholic and malolactic fermentation ends. After 4 years of aging, 2 years of which in oak barrels, Barolo is bottled in the summer months without clarification or filtration.

  • 氣味: 有比較強烈的香味, 辛辣帶有野玫瑰花瓣,甘草,松露的香氣。
  • 口感: 非常溫和, 酒體成熟,充分,飽滿, 同時有如天鵝絨般優雅。即使作為新酒, 由於其新鮮度也很受到青睞, 而隨著年齡的增長, 葡萄酒軟化並開始發出最宜人的香料香氣。
  • 享用溫度: 18°-20°C
  • 食物配搭: 紅肉菜式, 意粉麵食, 濃味食物, 薩拉米腸, 肉醬, BBQ, 陳年芝士
  • 釀酒方法: 葡萄通常在10月份收成。人工收割後先放在小型通風箱中, 然後在溫度控制於30°-32°C的罐中擠壓發酵。再浸泡10-15天後, 轉入不锈鋼罐中讓酒精和乳酸發酵。經過4年的陳釀, 其中2年會存在橡木桶中。釀成的Barolo會於夏季瓶裝, 不用純淨及過濾。
